第一个,double在这里做动词用,你看has后面应该加一个动词过去分词吧,这样才能形成现在完成时.twice不行,因为twice不能做动词.double 可以,a又不是完成时,所以.
第二个,leave sth这种表达方式后面要介形容词或者形容词词组,这句话的意思是：别把工作做一半就丢下,那么c,d,肯定不行,a、b二选一,half done这种表达方式是固定的,就这么说,没为什么.听过那个成语吗well begun is half done.好的开始是成功的一半.
第三个,walk是可数名词,起码应该有个冠词a或the吧,所以选d.另外,a two-hour walk这种表达就是走两个小时路的意思,貌似d选项的two和hour之间应该有个-才比较正确.如果用two hours那么应该是it‘s a two hours' walk.
