本文主要以2000年来湖北服务业发展的实际情况为背景,主要利用统计基础数据,对加快发展和提升服务业的战略意义、湖北服务业发展的现状及特点、存在的问题及原因等进行实证分析,并借鉴国际及发达省市经验,在遵循经济规律的基础上,结合湖北全面建设小康社会的总体要求,对今后一段时间湖北服务业发展的重点,以及加快发展和提升服务业的对策等进行深入研究和探讨,力图为实现湖北“十二五”期间服务业的快速健康发展提供理论依据和实证素材.
