Fist buy some skinsof the jiaozi and 1 lilo meat and 2kilos lettuce then cut up the 1 kilos meat and 2kilos lettuce next add 2 teaspoons sauce ateaspoon salt and black pepper to these then put the 5-6chinese black mushrooms to these finally mix then all up .Then make to dumpling
fist put the filling in the center of a skin then fold it half from sideto side
finally the hot water cook them for 5 min
