I do have many expectations toward my internship, however, there are still some gaps between the truth and expectation. At the beginning of my internship, I had much work related to the credit cards information and bank data, which is new to me and I could learn a lot. But all these were before I show my talent for making nice-looking handcraft. From then on, the director kept telling me to make the big performance form, birthday celebration board… Although I was serious to these tasks, but I thought the repeated work seemed meaningless. It was the first time I felt tired about my internship. Second, to be honest,I hoped my director wiould be a strict one. However, the truth was that my directors are two very nice ladies. They were so good to me, and treated me like a friend. But I know clearly this is not a true boss acts like. Therefore, I don’t think I got pratice enough. If I can choose, I want the director with higher requirements on me.

It is said that you could seldom get exactly what you are expecting,and I found it nothing but truth during my internship.At the beginning,I had felt really happy and benefited to be assigned to deal with credit cards information and bank data,which were both fresh to me.Actually,it did not become boring until I showed my talent for handcraft.From then on,I was kept making large advertising forms,birthday celebration board and other things alike.For the first time I felt tired about the internship since these jobs did not prove to be of any help to my professional skills,although I completed them well and seriously.Besides,both of my directors were gorgeous ladies and they were very nice to me,but that was also one of my concerns.To tell the truth,I prefer my boss to be responsible and strict to me at work.I do not think a boss who was just saying “that’s all right” kindly and patiently without pointing out my mistakes would do any good to my career.

I did have many expectations toward my internship, however, there're actually some difference between the reality and my expectation. In the beginning of my internship, I had much work related to credit cards information and bank data, which was new to me and from which I could learn a lot. But things changed when I was found writting in a nice-looking handcraft. From then on, the director kept asking me to make the big Performance Form, Birthday Celebration Board, etc. I was serious with these tasks, but the repeated work seemed to me meaningless. For the first time I felt bored with my internship. Second, to be honest,I had been expecting to work under a strict director. However, it turned out to be two very nice ladies. They were so good to me, and treated me like friends. But I know clearly my boss would not do the same thing to me. So personaly, I think more practise's needed. If I could get a chance to choose, I would prefer a director with more requirements on me.
