Some people think that failure comes from lack of efforts rather than lack of ability while others disagree with it.From my point of view,efforts can help people succeed .There are some reasons as follows.
Firstly,most people get success owing to efforts.For instance,a chinese famous actor Huang Bo great achivements is his hard working on film performance.Secondly,efforts may lead to success while laziness must result in failure.Success means that we fulfill a goal .If we can not try our best to realize the goal,how can we get success?Lastly,if people succeed,they must pay for their efforts and time.Naturally,they will not be satisfied and want to get hold of higher objectives so as to promote themselves .Therefore,they will become more diligent to realize more success.
In a word,I hold the view that failure comes from lack of efforts rather than lack of ability.
