finish是一个动作,不表示一种状态.建筑物造好的那一瞬间它才算完成（finish）了.D选项用how long提问,是说在完成前添砖加瓦那过程维持了多久.打个比方,He died for2 years.就是错的,死的动作不能说他咽下那口气用了两年.而应该说He has been dead for 2 years.死这个状态有两年了.不知同学能否理解,讲的可能不太清楚.
