首先,here you are就是 here it is的复数形式·
"Here it is."与"Here you are."都可以表示"你(们)要的东西在这儿."或"你(们)找的东西在这里.".在购物、寻物、索要东西等情况时,两者通常可换用.如：
-Where is my pen?我的钢笔在哪儿?
-Here it is./ Here you are.给你.
但在表示"给别人东西或钱"时,"Here it is."是把侧重点放在东西上,而Here you are.是把侧重点放在对方上,试比较：
①-I want some eggs.我要买些鸡蛋.
-Eggs?OK.Here you are.鸡蛋?好的,给你.
②-May I have a glass of water?我可以喝杯水吗?
-Here you are.给你.
③-Can I get my pen back,please?我可以取回我的钢笔吗?
-Yes,here it is.可以,在这里.
④-Where is my ruler?我的格尺在哪儿?
-Here it is!在这儿呢!

后一个是找到东西时说的
